Alden Denny
Research Scientist
Is a research scientist working for Dr. Deborah Kelley at the University of Washington. Prior to UW he received his BS in geology from Western Washington University, and participated in research fellowships at the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute and the US Geological Survey. His current research projects include the creation of highly detailed geologic maps of the Lost City based on the 2000, 2003, and 2005 cruise data. Alden will be starting doctoral candidacy work under the advisement of Dr. Deborah Kelley beginning in summer 2010.
